Project aims

Providing tactical support, advice and contacts to the University of Sheffield with their research and grant application that focused on understanding Individual Service Funds and developing a toolkit for use nationwide.

Project description and outcomes

Sheffield University successfully applied or a significant funding research grant and is now running a two year study on Individual Service Funds called EQUALD – Equal Access to Flexible Support Planning for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Self Directed Futures is part of the advisory group and provides ongoing advice, consultancy and support as part of the universities wider project team.
