Exploring Individual Service Funds in Day Service Settings

To identify opportunities for self directed support and Individual Service Funds to increase the flexibility of day supports provided by Grace Eyre.
Project description and outcomes
Self Directed Futures was commissioned by the NDTI to run a series of workshops with Grace Eyre's senior leadership team to build a better understanding of Direct Payments, Individual Service Funds and the legislative frameworks surrounding these.
Grace Eyre was then able to formulate its strategy for increasing choice within its supported living and day service provision, using the flexibilities enabled by personal budgets.
