Finding an ISF Provider

Project aims

To support four adults with autism, and their families to identify a high-quality support provider who could take over running their personal assistant-based support arrangements and undertake due diligence to support with the provider selection.

Project description and outcomes

Self Directed Futures was commissioned to explore the existing arrangements, support plans and finances and to establish how viable it was to transfer to an Individual Service Fund arrangement over time. 

Self Directed Futures ran a series of online workshops and in person sessions with families and co-designed, and delivered an interview and selection process to help identify a permanent support provider able to meet their requirements for flexible and values driven support.
