To collectively produce guidance for support provider organisations to help them understand and successfully deliver ISFs

Project description and outcomes

Self Directed Futures worked with Skills for Care, New Key, Devon County Council and Encompass to undertake a desktop review of existing ISF related guidance. Collectively each organisation distilled key learning points from practical experience gained from an commissioning, social work and support provider perspective.
