Project aims

Working with KeyRing and their senior leadership team to build confidence and knowledge around self- directed support options (focusing on Individual Service Funds) and to explore opportunities for KeyRing to grow and broaden their support offer, and range of services, across England.

Project description and outcomes

Self Directed Futures delivered a series of workshops and training modules to key members of the KeyRing leadership team to improve understanding of some of the core concepts of self-direction and how Individual Service Funds could strengthen KeyRings offer to the people they support whilst also growing business opportunities in new parts of the country. 

Self Directed Future is now working as a partner organisation providing KeyRing with long term advice, knowledge transfer, support and training as required.
