Support Nottingham City Council to coordinate and widen its brokerage offer to local citizens, including increasing the uptake of Direct payments and developing an offer around Individual Service Funds for local citizens.

Project description and outcomes

Self Directed Futures was commissioned to deliver workshops and to provide advice and support to the senior leadership team around brokerage approaches, commissioning, market shaping for personalisation, Direct Payments and personal health budgets.
