Project aims

To support You First CIC to understand contemporary good practice around self-direction - in particular around Direct Payments and Individual Service Funds and to develop a 12 month plan for growing its support offer and customer base.

Project description and outcomes

Self Directed Futures was commissioned to run workshops and to facilitate planning sessions with the senior leadership team. These sessions focused on building a better understanding of various aspects of personal budgets, and the type of supporting systems generally accompanying them that are designed by commissioners.
